Returning Guest List: If you sign up for our returning guest list, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We store this information using Google services. We may use it to send you emails and text messages about availability, offers, and news. Reply STOP to any text message, or click UNSUBSCRIBE in any email, to opt out.

Website Usage Data: We collect data on how visitors interact with our website, including pages visited, browsing activity, and actions taken. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and Similar Technologies below).

Our Map page and the fonts on our pages load from Google (Google Maps and Google Fonts) when a page opens, whether or not you click Accept, so Google receives your IP address and browser information. You can block or delete other cookies in your browser settings, although some features of the site may not work as a result.

  • Pricing tools: PriceLabs, which receives property details, availability, and reservation dates and amounts as input affecting recommended rental rates. Through our booking platform's integration it does not receive guest names or contact details.
  • Returning guest list: Google, which stores the information submitted through our returning guest signup form.
  • Embedded content: Google (for maps and fonts) and similar services whose content loads on our pages.

These providers use information to provide services to us and under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information. Bookings made through other platforms (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) are subject to the privacy policies of those platforms.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information in response to lawful requests by public authorities or to comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we control. We rely on third-party service providers to operate our website, booking, and payment systems, and we believe these providers implement reasonable security measures for the data they handle. We cannot guarantee perfect data security, and no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
